Pies are shipped baked and are typically shipped Fedex second-day delivery (there is however, a ground-shipping option for orders to Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin & Indiana only). Baked pies also have a shipping upgrade option for next day air if desired. (Frozen pies are only shipped "Next Day Air") 2. If you wish have your pie shipped as "frozen/ready-to-bake" instead, please specify this option during checkout in the comments/gift instructions box on the order form. We include detailed, foolproof baking instructions with your shipment to assure you or your gift recipient perfect results! 3. We ship Monday through Thursday. Thurs, orders placed Mon - Weds. are typically shipped on the next business day after the day you place your order and orders placed Thursday thru Sunday, will ship on Monday. If instead, you wish to have them shipped to arrive on a specific date (for a gift, birthday, holiday etc.), please note that on the order input form in its "comments/gift instructions" section. 4.
