Food sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or is incorrect, Crane's will work with you for an appropriate solution. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
RETURNS
Perishable food items need not be returned. Please call us during business hours at 269-561-2297 or email us at [email protected] to discuss the problem. We guarantee our products except in the case of being given a wrong address or if the recipient is away from home.
Non-perishable items that are not correct must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. If something is damaged or broken please contact us at 269-561-2297 during business hours or email us at [email protected] within 7 days to resolve the problem.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item for refund, we will notify you that it was received and let you know the status of your refund. If the mistake was ours, Crane's will refund you for the return shipping.
Exchanged items will be shipped out once the return is received. If the return was our mistake, we will pay the exchange shipping otherwise it is the customer's expense.
